- Site visit or video call — For KL projects, I usually suggest an on-site meeting. For initial exploration, a video call works well too
- Proposal — If we’re a good fit, I’ll prepare a proposal outlining scope, timeline, and fees
- Decision — No pressure. Take your time to decide
